A vintage car parts specialist commissioned me to reverse-engineer a rare headlamp adaptor. With only two units remaining in their inventory and no original tooling available, I manually analyzed and remodeled the component. Following successful 3D-printed prototyping and fitment trials, new production tooling was commissioned to secure future supply.
