Frame Guard

This project focused on developing a quickly mountable and dismountable guard to protect vehicle bodies from accidental scratches in production line. Using the vehicle’s geometry, a perfectly fitting surface was mapped out, carefully eliminating any undercut areas. Optimized for vacuum forming, this solution offered rapid production and easy integration into the production line. CAD files for the vacuum forming tool were delivered.
