The task was to transform a modelling foam prototype of a running sports water bottle into a production-ready design, specifically to accommodate an existing bottle cap. This involved meticulously measuring the prototype, creating a 3D model with the established bottle capacity, and producing a 3D-printed sample for fit and function validation. A comprehensive manufacturing package, including 3D and 2D technical documents, was then supplied for the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
